    Orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 7 to 12 business days following the processing period.

    Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order verification, quality control, and dispatch.

    A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

    Please include your order number and a detailed description of your inquiry to ensure we can assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    We aim to process returns within 7 to 10 business days from delivery to our distribution center. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
